This 2 part video
(originally sold as a DVD) is a series of videos covering the entire build
process for the CH750 CruZer kit. FINISHING is
the final installment of the building process. It begins with mounting
the horizontal tail: stabilizer, elevator, vertical fin and rudder. We
demonstrate the construction of the pulleys and control cables for the
tail. Balancing the elevator is shown, along with checking the travel
motion required by the rudder and elevator. Next, the panel is installed
along with the top skin, followed by rigging the wings and flaperons.
Suggestions for fuel and wire routing are shown, although these will vary
based on engine and panel requirements of the builder. The pictures on this page were captured from the actual
video footage in order to show the scope of construction provided in
this video volume.
Note: This production is not
associated or endorsed by Zenith Aircraft. It does not replace or
supersede the documentation provided with the kit. It is meant to
be an aid in building the aircraft and its methods are presented only as
a suggestion to builders.
